Shipping & Returns Policies - PLEASE READ

Thank you so much for shopping with Lucretia’s Body Oils and Sprays. ALL LBOS orders are custom/handmade and processed in the order that they’re received. Orders are shipped 5-8 business days from the date you place the order (this does not include weekends and holidays). IF you place your order during a sale, please allow an additional 2 BUSINESS days for delivery. This is due to the order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order is about to be shipped 



All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ONLY PRIORITY Standard rates apply.  USPS Standard Rates apply as follows: (See below)

  1. If you received your order and it is damaged, please email us at with the picture(s) of the damaged box/product. Once we receive the email, we will inform you on how to proceed with the return process.
  2. We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured, and customers should contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file any complaints.
  3. There are NO returns/exchanges on sale items.
  4. There are NO returns/exchanges on Body Butters.
  5. If you are not pleased with your products, please email us at with your complaint. We will only accept unused returns in the way that you received them. It is also the customer’s responsibility to pay for the item to be returned.
  6. Tracking numbers are sent to you via email when your ordered has been shipped. Please make use of the tracking number with to follow up on the whereabouts of your package before contacting me. If you live in an apartment, condo, or a single style residence, and you were NOT home at the time the package was delivered, please check with your landlord or neighbors about the package that was ATTEMPTED to be delivered to you before contacting us.
  7. If your package/order was marked as 'undeliverable' by the United States Postal Service, and a note was left on your door, PLEASE contact your local Post Office before contacting us.
  8. If you were not home at the time your order was delivered, USPS will leave a note on the door for you to call and make arrangements to either pick up your order or to have it redelivered. If your order is NOT claimed within 15 days from the time it was delivered, USPS will return your order back to me.  If it is returned to us you will have to PAY to have it RESHIPPED to you.
    If you order a product in error, please use the form below to discuss details on returning. The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.


  1. Local delivery orders must be made online on our website and must be a minimum of $50 or more and there is a $5 delivery charge.
  2. We only deliver to local customers. Customer’s must live in the following Zip Codes: 61822, 61801, 61874, 61802, 61820, and 61821.


  1. You can cancel your order via the form below within 24 from the date you placed your order. We will issue you a full refund. After 24 hours we will continue to process the order and you will not be able to cancel.


  1. You can add on to your order by using the form below within the first 24 hours from the date you place the order. We will discuss specific instructions via email. Due to order volume, we will not be able to add on/change an order after 24 hours.
