How to use

Massage into dry or damp skin, use daily for best results.

Our Body Butters donot contain the following: Shea Butter, silicone, parabens, glycerin, protein, fragrance (unless you order scented), phthalates, propylene, glycol, mineral oils, PABA, petroleum, paraffin, DEA, Synthetic color, or animal products.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped 5-8 business days from the date you place the order (this does not include weekends and holidays). IF you place your order during a sale, please allow an additional 2 BUSINESS days for delivery. This is due to the order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order is about to be shipped.

Return Policy:
1. If you received your order and it is damaged, please email us at lawoilsandsprays@aol.com with the picture(s) of the damaged box/product. Once we receive the email, we will inform you on how to proceed with the return process.

2. If you are not pleased with your products, please email us at lawoilsandsprays@aol.com with your complaint. We will only accept unused returns in the way that you received them. It is also the customer’s responsibility to pay for the item to be returned.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped 5-8 business days from the date you place the order. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. During sale times, please allow an extra 2 days due to order volume.

My tracking states that my order was shipped/delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured, and customers should contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file any complaints. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I request a custom scent to be added to LBOS fragrance list selection?

We happily accept requests and include them in our request list. However, given the cost associated with producing our luxurious scents, we must prioritize scents that are in higher demand among our consumers.

We refrain from offering specific scent recommendations as individual scent preferences vary greatly. However, we tell you our most popular selling scents and list our new fragrances.

Auntie tells no lies...

Auntie, thank you so very much!

The 3 body butters were frozen and individually wrapped and showed up in tact with no leakage!
With a temp of 105 degrees, thank you again for freezing them as well as including some ice.

You also took care to separately, but individually wrap the 3 body scrubs and seal those within a separate bubble envelope.
The absolute minimum oil on the outside of the containers only, nothing on the bubble wrap. Easily cleaned with one swipe of the finger.
The pussy oil was bubble wrapped as well, and showed up safe and secure.

Chokehold!!

When I tell y'all Lucretia has me in a whole chokehold! I brought the Honey-Licious sugar scrub, almost killed myself getting out the shower the application was everything, just the right amount of sugar. I spun the block and ordered my daughter the custom Miss Dior body butter..all I could say is shut up! Y'all better check her out, you will NOT be disappointed! *Dieselsgirl*

As always, every order I make have been exacted, packing slip checked for accuracy, and everything securely packaged! I have had some disrespectful delivery people who have thrown or dropped the packages LBOS has sent me, BUT because of the extra care and measures in packaging LBOS took in anticipation of such lazy delivery people from USPS my order was secured and unharmed! I APPRECIATE that EXTRA time and thoughtfulness! NOW is for the product, I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the body butters, scrubs and don't forget the body oils!!! Don't overlook them they are on point and fragrances match the designer fragrances to a T!! So PROUD of Lucretia and her team who work hard to produce an outstanding product AND service!!
